Desk Edge Cable Holder (Print upright, no supports)

Make sure you print this upright!

A solution to keep your cables on the edge of your desk for easy access while also being able to easily swap them around.

The revolving chamber has gooves for your fingernail to make it easier to spin. The first few spins will take a little force until the layer lines detach and smooth out.

It's designed to grab onto the end of any cable and hold it at an angle above your desk surface so you can easily grab and pull on it.

Excellent print. I printed upright as recommended in the comments. The supports popped off perfectly and it turns super smoothly. It
Orca Slicer
- Crosshatch infill
- Ironing on all top surfaces
- Precise wall and z-height

Printed as expected, no issues with spinning the collars. Printed in ~45 minutes with ~22g of filament.

Version without screw holes for mounting/VHB tape would be nice.

is it possible to make one with 10mm spacing or make a fusion 360 file so it can be customized for personal use?

You know it'd be cool if there was a version of this with some neodymium magnets inlaid into it so that it could attach to a metal desk 😃

Hi, love this design... Can this also be printed with more infill?

One of my favorite print-in-place models. I printed one which worked perfectly for my desk, and then proceeded to bring 5 more. Love this design!

I had to losen the collars with a slight hit with the back of a screwdriver.
