Here is a design for a light duties set of pliers where electrical isolation is most important. The pliers are intending for holding wire or parts. Common pliers squeezing or crushing tasks are unsuitable for these pliers.
The pliers can be made from most plastic filaments, though Carbon Fibre based filament will improve the pliers rigidity. Choosing Poly Carbonate Filament will increase the pliers strength, even further, combine the two properties of Carbon Fibre and Poly Carbonate will take the plier's robustness to the next level.

My print is made with Bambu Lab PLA-CF Black filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 15% infill on a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printer. Print supports required. I used a brim, as well, to prevent the pliers point from lifting off the heat bed.
I hope that you can find this print useful, too.
