Voltbike e-Bike Front Light Mount v2.3mf

What:

• Mounting bracket for Voltbike e-Bike Light that sits on front frame of bike above the fender.
• Notes: The teeth on clip are larger than original but still creates enough friction to keep the light from slipping out of position once tightened.

How:

• Printer: Elegoo Netptue 2S
• Nozzle: 0.4mm
• Modelling Software: Fusion 360
• Slicer: Cura Normal Profile (I think - I was still figuring out Cura at the time)
• Filament: Overture PLA Black 1.75MM

Why:

• My Dad's friend had an older Voltbike e-bike and on his first outing crashed, broke the front light, and never rode again. My dad picked it up and my kids and I have been enjoying for the past couple of years. I could never find a replacement bracket so when I got my first 3D printer in April 2022 I learned the basics of Fusion360 and made my own!
