This is a minimal HDD mounting bracket for an 43" LG TV model 43UQ81006LB but may be suitable for other manufacturers or models. It's designed to mount with a single countersunk screw into one of the VESA mounting holes. The slot was sized to accept a SATA HDD enclosure which is about 1/2" / 13mm thick.
