MKS Monster8 v2 mount for Anet A8

A fairly simple adapter for an MKS Monster8 v2 to attach onto a stock Anet A8 frame using the stock mounting holes, eight M3 nuts, and eight M3 bolts. This is certainly a strange combination, but it should work.
