Bar mounted shifter based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:112602 but modified for use with wide range/mtb derailleurs. It has about 1.4 times the pull ratio of a normal shifter. The lever has been made longer to compensate. It is also reversed like a shifter for a front derailleur but this is because it is intended to be mounted on the bottom of a right bar.
