Designed to hold spools on the side of your UM3 allowing the machine to be pushed up against a wall.

Mounts onto the UM3 using existing mounting holes. You'll need slightly longer screws however.

This feeds well for every type of filament I have tried and lays compact against the side of the UM3.

There are three versions:

* The original
* V2 - which has larger diameter spindles and a flange to keep the spools from wobbling so much.
* Small Spindle - which as a small diameter spindle but a good flange allowing to work with the few (looking at you Polyalchemy) very small diameter spool holes

Ulitimaker 3 Side Mount Compact Spool Holder (UM3)

I was looking for a desiccant storage solution for my spools of filament. After experimenting with many different ideas I landed on this concept. Inspired by some other designs this container holds desiccant packets in a cylinder that fits inside a spool core.

Why design for packets? The drying temp of the desiccant is higher than the deformation temperature of PLA. As a result, if I used raw beads I couldn't dry them in the printed spool core and would have to scoop the loose beads in and out of the cores to dry them. The packets were easier for me, I just dump them on the cookie sheet, dry away, then drop them back in the cylinder. I found 50g packets fit just nicely in the 70mm and 60mm cylinders, but you can use smaller packets.

Since I just use Ziploc bags and they are prone to holes and tears. I like to use the little EEEkit hygrometers you can get from Amazon. Its much easier for me to see the dryness of the air than the color changing desiccants. One of the top covers provides a snap in for the Hygrometers.

I've provided 60mm and 70mm tall cylinders this fits most spools and will be close to flush with the spool sides. Because the top has a wide flange, the won't fall through the spool when you take them out of the Ziploc bag.

I've provided two different screw on tops: one for use with a hygrometer one for use without.

I added the .step files exported from Fusion360 per request, but don't know if they are usable.

This design is pretty durable and strong, but uses fairly minimal material.

Inside Spool Desiccant Holder

These are clean, simple to print, strong Gladiator GearWall mounting brackets inspired by other designs. They can be used to fasten various things you might want to mount on your GearWall. I designed these from scratch after finding the others a bit difficult to adapt to my use.

I have included 4 variations:

- 10mm wide blank
- 10mm wide with M4 threaded holes
- 20mm wide blank
- 20mm wide with m5 threaded holes

The holes will generally print clean enough to get a screw started and allow you to thread it in. If you want a better fit the holes can be tapped.

I found printing with extra walls adds great strength to the threaded holes.

Added Fusion3d files for those that want to mod it.



Gladiator GearWall / GearTrack Mounting Backets

Case mount for Skydio2 beacon. This fits on a garmin GPS bracket.

I wanted and handlebar mount for my Skydio2 beacon for easy access. The only mounts I found were bulky gopro style mounts. So I designed this to work with the Garmin bayonet mounts.

I printed the case with TPE which is really tough, stretches just around the beacon and protects the beacon in case it's dropped or something.

I use it on some pretty rough MTB trails and it's been holding up super well so far.

It also has a lanyard tab.

I've added the fusion360 file by request.

I wanted a simple coaster set and coaster holder that matched.

There was lots of inspiration on Etsy and Thingiverse, but nothing that met my needs.

Designed to work with 4" coasters from Amazon, this will hold 6 Coasters and has the Yin-Yang design (same as are laser engraved on the coasters) in the base.

My design space is a couple of rooms away from my Glowforge. I found needing to walk over the the forge to press the go button was often annoying, especially when iterating on designs. 

I found on the Glowforge forums some folks have used a device call 'SwitchBot' and had suggestions on mounting it to the GF. I wanted something simple and reliable that looked nice and clean on my GF and settled on this design.

This little bracket is designed to be held in place on the glass surface of the GF with some thin carpet tape. Its simple to remove and won't damage the GF. The SwitchBot simply snaps into the bracket and is good to go.

Glowforge is designed to require an in person button press for safety reasons. So please recognize this and use this bracket with SwitchBot at YOUR OWN RISK and be safe.

I wanted to use a tougher 4" dust collection hose for my Glowforge since I'm always moving the vent hose around and the dryer vent hoses aren't very resilient.

My typical dust collection hose is the clear 4" hose from Rockler. I found that it was difficult to get a good clamping surface on this hose to the Glowforge so I made this adapter. 

It's designed to have the hose screwed on, then the adapter presses onto the port on the glowforge via a friction fit.

I printed this with PLA on a UM3 and the fit is snug but good to my glowforge, you might have have to adjust your horizontal expansion a bit to get the perfect fit from your printer.

(note - I have added a left hand thread version of the part)

This is a low profile bracket for mounting a Snark Supertight tuner to a Deering Goodtime Banjo.

It's designed to print flat on the bed without any support.

This is a dust cap for the The Third Planet Optics Red Dot Multi-Reticle Finder. I've had this awesome finder scope on my telescope for around 15 years and the dust cap got lost someplace.

This is a simple replacement, fits nicely snug when printed with TPU.

Printed with a .4 mm nozzle at .2mm layer height positioned in an upright 'cup' orientation and use a bit of heat to remove the stringing from the interior.

These are the knobs for a Kitchenaide standing mixer. 

I have updated this to include both the front attachment knob as well as the side speed control knob.

They are both a pretty tight fit, I heated it under hot water then pressed it on.

Here's my take on a cord keeper. I was inspired by a bunch of other designs, but I think this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:282266 was my biggest inspiration. 

I created this from the ground up to allow me to resize it for super long cords of various types. 

It also includes friction fit end clips that provides a simple way to keep cords from unwinding. They may need to be adjusted for your printer tolerances.

At about 6" (150mm) long the design is specifically useful for 10+ long cords.
