Z-Offset Calibration

Used for calibrating z offset, otherwise known as squish. This part is 5mm tall. To make it shorter simply scale the Z axis to what ever height you would like. Typically the squish can be seen in 1 layer, so scale the Z axis to what ever your first layer height is.

**Also be sure to check out our AI calibration system. ** We use machine learning to calibrate the visual quality of a print by adjusting print settings. Perfect for fine tuning print quality or getting started with a new spool of filament.

We optimize the following features at the same time:

  • Stringing
  • Small Feature Quality
  • Surface Quality
  • Bridging
  • Overhangs

We do this by changing the following setting:

  • Print Temperature
  • Retraction Distance
  • Retraction Speed
  • Flow Rate
  • Part Cooling Fan speed It also builds a custom temperature tower that uses a 3mf file supplied by you, to make it quicker and easier to test settings.
