This is an indoor golf disc. It is about 70mm in diameter and weighs about 5.6 grams in PLA.

This disc is also found in the Disc Library here: https://smalldiscgolf.org/disc-library/#flexie where you can also download this .step file and the .step files for other small golf discs for indoor and outdoor use. This particular disc, the Flexie, is pretty much only useful indoors.

Here is a page with full details about how to print this disc: http://smalldiscgolf.org/printing-discs/

This disc model includes a print base which is like a raft except that it overlaps the disc itself. You break or cut the print base off after the print is done and you can sand away any remnants of it. The print base is required so that the disc can be printed on its edge.

Here is a page where you can learn different ways of throwing small golf discs: http://smalldiscgolf.org/throwing/

Here is an owner's manual for PLA small golf discs: https://smalldiscgolf.org/pla-owners-manual/

There is a video specifically about printing golf discs here: https://youtu.be/MtcKEJuvH1w

This disc model and all of the ideas and 3D models contained in the smalldiscgolf.org web site have been released under a creative commons CC0 license, which means you can freely use these models any way you want.

The different print bases are thicker or thinner and provide more or less stability while printing. The disc must not wobble while it prints or it will not finish or yield a useful disc. Unlike a raft, the print bases overlap the first layers of the disc. The thinnest print base (0.4mm) can usually just be bent back and forth to break it off the disc. But the medium (0.5) and thickest (0.66) print bases have to be cut away with clippers (wear eye protection!) More about printing discs here: http://smalldiscgolf.org/printing-discs/

I disable Z-Hop so the print head never moves away from the print (which can lead to stringing in these models, especially with Silk PLA). I also use 4 perimeters and I disallow it to cross perimeters.
