This is one of my first designs using Fusion 360. I wanted a hinge that was strong enough to hold a 54 cm door made up of 2020 aluminum extrusion and a Plexiglas pane. The hole for the 5 mm shaft is intentionally tight to prevent the door from sagging (you may need a hammer or mallet to insert the shaft). The hinge should be printed in PETG with 100% infill and "Support on Build Plate Only". With these settings the 54 cm long door only sags about 3 mm.

Build of Materials 2x 5 mm linear shaft 60 mm long (or you can get a longer one and cut it down to size) - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/5mm-linear-shaft-26mm-40mm-50mm-60mm-120mm-200mm-300mm-400mm-500mm-harden-linear-shaft-chrome/32884366852.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dw0PjDv
