Hextraction Present Tile

Happy Holidays! Give the gift of tiles this season with the Present Tile. A harmless way to discard a tile from your hand, while gifting it to someone else.

Rules Card Text Trigger: Gift a tile from your hand to an opponent.

Printing / Assembly Instructions

1. Print the tile base, 2 short ribbons, and 1 main ribbon. I printed the short ribbons top down. I printed the main ribbon on it's side. I needed a brim with my silver silk PLA but not my gold silk, just luck of the draw.
2. Glue the long ribbon first (just in case). It goes on the longest line between two corners.
3. Glue the short ribbons on.
4. For the card, you can drag the details and base into your slicer at the same time to get the model ready, then assign filament as desired. Or, you can print the single model version. Gifter's choice!

If you want to try printing the model as a whole, I've supplied the files to do so, but I would discourage this for filament waste and quality reasons. Assembly just requires glue, and I try to design my tiles to not require MMS systems or to minimize filament waste when using one.

For an unofficial and devious rule modifier consider requiring that this gifted tile cannot be discarded that turn, forcing the opponent to discard one of their own.
