I couldn't find a filter housing I liked for a printer enclosure, so I decided to make my own. All the pieces fit together snug with not much super glue or bolts. You may need file some corners down so they fit together nicer. This fan housing is also modular so you could only use some of the aspects that you want. I have not mounted in my enclosure yet so please comment how good or not good it works for you. The slide door is meant to be removed from the bottom of housing to the fan guard mounted on the outside of enclosure so you can keep the warm air in if needed. I left some room for air to get out still so that there is always negative pressure in the enclosure. (I haven't verified this though.)

The "fan guard frame" needs to be glued to the fan guard if you want to recirculate airflow in your enclosure.
*** If you are using the "mounting bracket v6" then you cannot use the "fan guard". That will only work with the original "fan mounting bracket" file.

The hepa filter is a 4.2" by 0.8" by 2.8" in freedom units or 20mm by 72mm by 107mm.

You could always design a different filter size to slide into the end of the fan housing as well.

The fan mounting bracket with the 80mm computer fan fits snug in housing and it will probably stay where you want it, but you could always use some super glue to keep bracket in there.
