The Tal.0 is the next generation of 3D-printed Nerf magazine, with origami construction that prevents warping and reduces friction. The Tal.0 jams less, holds more, takes more punishment, and prints easier.
This design prints the inner surface of the mag flat against the bed, so the follower skates across a smooth, even surface. By folding the sidewalls instead of printing them, even inconsistent printers can produce a perfect Tal.0 that drops perfectly from your blaster's magwell.
The Tal.0 also adds many Nerfer-recommended features, including:
- 20-round capacity
- Witness holes
- Replaceable lips
- Low-profile endcap
- Contoured follower
- Easy-to-source drum spring
- Positive front-side identification
- Looks sweet
The Tal.0 CANNOT be printed in PLA or any composite. Those filaments are too brittle to fold.
Assembly requires a cyanoacrylate glue, and ideally accelerant and a heat gun. You also need a drum spring, which can be bought from Foamblastshop.com or salvaged from any Nerf drum magazine.
