On demand : a 50x50x15mm blower part cooler for the Aero printhead. You will need 20mm more room to the right. That is the reason why I did this project I didn't test it myself yet. Still waiting for the blower... Spacer is 5mm which works fine. You should still be able to align the small gear properly with the large one. It works fine over here ... Holes for fixing the blower are 2.5mm and meant for cutting M3 thread in it. If you don't want to do that, drill it to the desired diameter. Recommended to use enough perimeters to get a good support around the holes and to be able to drill them if needed. Each perimeter with a 0,4 nozzle adds 0,5mm.
This is a first draft and thus still a work in progress.
Next version I plan will be with a removable nozzle. Could be removed when not needed or easily replaced by another nozzle for i.e. a V6 instead of a Volcano.
