My take on a, somewhat, minimal pi zero w camera case. Allows accessing the GPIO headers, has recesses for optional magnets for mounting to metal studs, refrigerators, etc... As well as recesses for M3 nuts you can use to secure custom made brackets. Links to parts needed are affiliate links if you feel like supporting my work.
Step files are attached if you'd like to make edits or custom brackets to mount the case.
Parts Needed- I used this assortment which has all you need below and more for future projects
- 4 - M2x4 (for camera)
- 4 - M2x8 (for pi zero)
- 4 - M3x16 (for case back to case front)
- (Optional) - 0 - 6 M3 Hex nuts for custom bracket mounting
- Also bought a magnet assortment here
- (Optional) - 12x3mm neodymium magnets
- 5 min Epoxy or some Super Glue - I highly recommend the epoxy but the super glue is decent as well
Of coarse you need these if you don't already have them:
