Hello printers! I have been working on this barn kit for a few weeks off and on and have it complete! This is 1/64 scale to fit hot wheels, matchbox cars and hot wheel monster trucks. The design is for the walls to glue together, this way it saves a ton of space when you ship them out. The files are pre-set to the correct orientation for printing and require zero supports. In the model I printed I used bambu silk silver for the roof pieces, it turned out to show lots of imperfections that I felt satisfied with as it added character. If a regular PLA was used I believe it would look cleaner. I used the gel glue as seen in photos for all parts. I did not glue anything touching the middle roof. The top roof and red side walls glue together. This makes it so the very top roof can be removed to see through the rafters and then the rafters can be removed to move things around in the barn easier. I did design a light and battery holder for this project, the files are included. If you are splicing wires I recommend that you look through some youtube videos. I used a 3mm LED white bulb and a CR2032 single battery holder with a switch. I spliced the LED directly to the battery pack and heat shrinked the connections. The rafters have to flex a little to fit the lamp through. For ease of printing without supports the lamp holder is a few pieces that I glued together. Please give me feedback after you print this as to what could be improved, if anything.

The top of the side walls have a bevel, make sure the bevel is correct with the angle of the front and back walls!!

Print settings, using bambu slicer -

For all parts I used .08mm extra fine profile Infill - 20% for all red and white pieces, 15% for silver prices, all gyroid pattern. I was informed if I increase the amount of top layers for the barn floor and doors it would be much smoother. NO SUPPORTS Brim optional, I did have it set to auto and brim was used for the roof pieces.
