Extruder E-steps calibration tool

Helper tool for 3D printer E-steps calibration.

Print either tool (larger one provides more accuracy) and use with my calibration wizard.

Tools feature filament marking points and a built in ruler for measuring the error. The larger tool includes adhesion supports that need to be removed before use.
