Replacement part for textile machine

This is a replacement part, in the pictures you can watch the original piece (white), this piece slides through a rail, the motion is with a thread that grabs the piece.

The original piece breaks after the work hours, so we designed it to 3d print it and change it.

The first part (red) was made with PLA but we had problems with the slide, the quality and the holes because the holes didn't make good.

The best solution was make the slider with resin (green and gray), the geometry wasn't deformed and it works very good.

It's a small piece and the resin 3D printing was the best technology to make it, we used standard resin but with tough resin will be best.
