Working Fully 3d printed Speaker using PLA and TPU filaments, though if you can, substituting TPU for a more flexible filament would yield better results.

Assembly requires only adding a 40mm id 80mm od ring magnet and a 30mm od circular magnet (Both magnets are recommended to be about 15mm in height), wind an insulated copper wire magnet coil, and glue parts together with epoxy.
