Desiccant Box for petlibro

Desiccant box designed for the petlibro model PLAF103 but likely works with other models at well. This allows for use of re-usable loose desiccant (and a higher quantity at that) rather than the tiny overpriced official pouches. Designed with a sliding lid having the latch to allow for easy refilling without removing from the hinge.

  • Recommended to print with PETG at 0.08mm layer height for smooth operation. I used a small brim (4mm with a 0.15mm object gap) to prevent warping off the bed.
  • Ironing used for smooth top surface
  • Modifier used on bottom of box to make the holes
    • Top Shell Layers: 0
    • Bottom Shell Layers: 0
    • Infill Density: 40% (adjust to desired hole size if using different desiccant)
    • Infill Pattern: Honeycomb
  • Small amount of tree supports necessary - I used top Z of 0.18mm for a good balance of bottom surface quality and easy removal with bambu PETG-HF
