Okay, so this is a little project of mine to make a printable disc golf cart glow box for my compact zuca that when I wanna go throw a glow round with some friends I can just take out my discs and swap em out for this box that should just slide right in.
I have an Ender 3 v2 so due to print surface constraints it's broken down into 4 pieces for the outter shell/box frame. I designed it with slots so it can be glued together pretty easily. I would advise to add support for the pieces that have the male end slots and some supports for the female end slots so they align properly.
the second part is a disc golf rack which I got off of here, I may design my own later but this was easier and fit in it pretty easily.
the last part that I haven't setup yet is the inserts that Mylar or some other reflective surface can be inserted when all the frame pieces get put together, there's slots in each section on the back and sides, due to printing constraints it may be easier to take some card board or something of similar thickness to add some Mylar or reflective material to.
what I was doing was going to add a UV strip light inside and since it's USB powered was going to power with a power bank with a USB A output, pretty easy to find on amazon. Once everything is printed i'll post more, I may want to adjust the front triangular supports on the frame so it's easier to get discs in and out. and may create a hinged front door type of thing to fully close out the box later on.
