Here Is Phone Clamp Car holder V2, This awesome Design is The next iteration in my swivel phone holder series, this design incorporates the same easy to use swivel ball design with a new and improved quick grip phone holder (If your not a fan of this you can use the old Clamp and screw design with this design). There may seem like a lot to choose, but I've labelled everything to make them easy to follow, First select the right hand side cradle and left hand side Labelled RHS and LHS, Next Choose if you want the middle extension I recommend it for most car's, Then Select the Correct size Air vent clip you need, I recommend the Medium size Labelled Air Vent M 20x20, The LN stands for Long neck Useful for Air vents with deep vents, Next Select the Leg stand off's that suit your Car, I recommend the Legs M 9x35. Assembly, First Push the Spring onto the LHS Cradle Using the Male Connector into the back of the Spring, Then once connected and sitting flat, Slide the spring and LHS cradle into the RHS cradle, They Should push in and click into the notches to remove or change positions, Push down on the top lever of the spring and slide out, Next Connect the RHS cradle to the Middle extension Take your time doing this as the join's are tight I recommend using a heat gun on the female side of the connector before pushing the ball joint in, But you'll only need a little bit of heat, over doing the heat will make the joint loose, Now do the same and join both the cradle and Middle extension to the Joiner with hinge, Once assembled add your legs to the joiner with hinge, Don't use heat for this step and push the male connector into the female side of the hinge it will be tight at first but keep wiggling and pushing until they sit flush, Now simply slide your air vent into the Back of the joiner with hinge, use the arrow pointing into the rail to slide the right direction You might need to add glue inside the rail to hold the Air vent clip In place, But Check the Assembled Phone holder in your car before Gluing, If you want to charge your phone once it's in the cradle simply Push Your cable through the Bottom Hole to connect to your phone. To add your phone into the cradle inert at the top and slide in, then Push down on the top of the spring lever and slide to the right until it clips to the closest Notch, If your phone is still loose and not clipping into a notch Try the RHS Cradle V2 this Model Has the notches Offset 3.3mm in the other direction which should fit your phone size better, Print setting Nozzle size 0.4mm, Layer Height 0.2mm, Infill 20%, Wall count 3, Supports needed, Support Type Normal, Support Placement Everywhere, Brim No, Rafts No,
