This is a model I designed that is inspired by the knurled buttons I've seen on other guitars. These work best with locking tuners because you don't have to wind them much, but it's up to you if you don't mind hand winding.
The key is 4.5mm x 4mm (4mm from flat side to flat side, 4.5mm from round side to round side) and it fits old Hipshot locking tuners. I added the Fusion 360 file so you can edit this to fit your specific tuner. Please share your makes!
