Printing

• All parts can be printed without supports 2 perimeters and 10% gyroid infill is sufficient. Most of the design is perimeter walls. Shutter can be printed in PLA, but avoid silk or matte PLAs. These are often extremely brittle. Customize the sign in CAD or Prusaslicer's text tool (alpha release)

Options

• Size: Large or Small. With careful placement, a small case can be printed on a Prusa Mini.
• Sign: Print vertical for or flat to support filament swaps and custom text.

Assembly

• Slide shutter into the track in the bottom case.
• Align the top case.
• Add staples to hold two halves together. Glue if needed.
• Insert sign. Glue if needed.
