With a layer height of 0.2mm you should set up a pause at layer 38 and put the ring in.

Here is a basic, 1x1 Gridfinity glasses holder. Holds sunglasses as well as eyeglasses up to 145mm in width. However the file can easily be modified to increase or decrease height as needed.

Use the following print settings and you should have no issues as well as an under 2 hour print:

Layer height: .24 - .32
Walls / Top / Bottom: 3
Infill: 10% - 20%
Supports: none
