This work is a product of frustration and sweat, as fellow ...Thingiversian ?!? @Mangusman07 and I both found that after purchasing a complete direct drive extruder solution and new all metal hot end from the above mentioned supplier, they failed to provide that last detail that makes the system complete...a fan shroud solution.

Left to our own devices to scour the net for solutions, (clearly we weren't the first people with CR10S Pro V2's to have purchased this product...right?!?)
well after printing three different models that just didn't fit my setup quite right, I got fed up.

So, out came the Google search for CAD models of OEM parts and I fired up the calipers...modified some of the best parts of the closest working solutions I could fine.

Behold the now second working solution to the Creality / MicroSwiss CR10S PRO V2 Super Stock OEM original fans and BLT mounting solution for the all metal hot-end that has the following features:

 - works with stock OEM fans
 - designed for MicroSwiss all metal CR10S Pro hot end (length is key here, no knock-offs, no Ender version)
 - mounts BLTouch at the correct 3mm pin height from nozzle tip
 - dual duct work for better airflow
 - endoscope probe mount for 6mm cameras
 - correct mounting hole placement
 - one piece monolithic construction

Offset for the BLTouch Probe Tip: X= -46.00 Y= -10.00 

THE Z-PROBE OFFSET IS DETERMINED BY THE FIRMWARE

This is the offset from the switch point of the probe to the tip of the nozzle. 
EVERY printer installation (and probe) is different. So once you tram the bed; home Z; then run a mesh level, it will be calculated by the system.

I offer the design as a starting point, with V2 already in the works. This should allow anyone who just bought a new kit to at least get up and running faster.

PS. there are a few goodies in here too, like an extruder knob that comes in different flavors, and a Y end-stop extension plate for those who don't know when to quit. (I feel that MicroSwiss should have given us the heads-up on the end-stop)

MicroSwiss Direct Drive CR10S Pro V2 Fan Shroud - PROPER FIT

I bought a [hotend kit](https://bit.ly/3Q02f4K) from ax with tweezers, wrenche and needles. So I made a gridfinity storage for it.

Anyone with a 3D printer has surely had an unpleasant experience with the heated bed or hotend at least once. it can definitely be quite painful, & for those who don't know about it, it can even be dangerous.

Hence, I've designed some symbols/signs that can be easily 3d printed and mounted onto the bed/hotend assembly using **these mounts: ( https://social.thangs.com/m/61690 )**

The Caution Hot symbols are available in two sizes, regular and large. Regular triangle side length is roughly 46mm and for large it is 56mm.

This design not only works as a safety feature but also as an aesthetic add-on **(check attached pics.)**

N O T E S:

I wired/spliced my second parts blower fan directly to the stock (right side) blower. I just cut the original stock blower fan wires (yellow/Blue) and soldered a plug (Optional - Red in photo) to new blower for easy removal. The second fan (Left side) wires feed through the duct, then up and over the hotend. Yellow is positive on OEM wiring.

You should have no issues triggering the X-Axis end stop switch, but if you do, bend the end of the little metal switch gently while holding the top of switch. I did NOT have to with this print, but I did with many others I tested.

IMPORTANT: Immediately after installing ANY HotEnd Duct, BL/CR-Touch, or Nozzle, you MUST reset your z-offset to 0, Home your printer, and re-adjust your Z-offset value. Failure to do this may cause your nozzle to damage your print bed.

Most of the Creality K1 printers are facing the dreaded **UNDER EXTRUSION** problem. I too faced the same.

After lots of tinkering I found out that the extruder motor is getting too hot while printing. Which in turn heats up the pressure plate of the moving extruder gear and deforms due to the filament pressure between the gears.

Solution to the problem is first you need to reduce the current (to 0.4 to 0.45 amps) of the motor by getting the root access. Then you need to print this thin barrier out of some high temp. material like ASA/ABS etc. I printed it with PETG as I didn't have any ASA/ABS in stock. So far It's working fine (after reducing current).

But if you don't have root access then you **must print** using high temp. material. You may need to clean the part with a soft wire brush if too much stringing is there.

Keep the vents towards the motor while installing. This will reduce the contact area with the motor.

This model is 1.4mm thick. So you'll have to replace the screws to fit in.

I removed requirement for end stop moving so no need to adjust bed size also original end stop position can be used. BL Touch mount also has been moved to close original position.

This is a remix of the awesome Rugged Box from Whity (https://www.printables.com/model/258431-rugged-box-parameterizable) to store the Revo Nozzles. 
The only things you need are 6 M3 x 30mm screws and 2mm rubber foam sheet, to protect the tip of the nozzles. And of cause Revo nozzles.

Starlex 22 Butterfly A4010 R4020 fans shroud for the Micro-Swiss Direct Drive Ender3-Cr10 series.

This assembly of 7 parts to print in PLA or PetG usual settings.

Adapting the Swiss3Dc Starlex 22 Butterfly 4020 B3 Kit system Zero Tool Fans Shrouds onto the Micro-Swiss Direct Drive Extruder for Cr10 / Ender3 Base plate onto the Ender series with 14mm M3 pitch holes.

Except the 2x M3x20 Hex 2.5 provided screws to fix the Heat Sink, it is a Zero Screw No Tool swiss3dc design.

Only 1 support is necessary where the radial fan is fixed, it can be done with tree support on Cura, or with local spot support on Prusa slicer.

HMG7 ADXL345 15.4mm Short horizontal Mount.stl

This is a replacement plate for the Simax3D Iron M1, which replaces the stock hotend assembly with an E3D V6 mount.

I designed this because the stock hotend assembly is insanely loud. You will need to sort out a part cooler. I'm using a really nice one that runs off a 5015 blower; you can get that here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2469775
You can reuse the 5015 from the stock hotend assembly. You do want to get a high quality 24V hotend cooler, as the original stock fans are really bad.

I printed mine in PLA+, though PETG or ABS would be better. I used 50% infill, and I'm a dozen prints in on this setup, and no drooping, or other issues. Bed leveling has held solidly.

Do install the silicon boot on your heater block, and secure it with some kapton tape. I found that cooler was too efficient, and the hotend was struggling to maintain PETG temps.

This is a replacement silicone cover for the original E3D V6 (new version).
The original cover does not stay where it should be.

Just print all 3 parts, connect them and mold your cover.

Instructions:
Print everything with about 20%-25% infill. You should print the parts with 0.1mm layer height for a smoother finish.

To fill the silicone into the mold I use these needles and a normal syringe
