The big one has 171 crystal holes of diameter 5mm.
The small one has 9 crystal holes of diameter 7mm.
Download 3 STL files,

For better results print one by one.
Add brim or raft to avoid warping.

I recommend to print this vase with PLA+ 
In this case you-ll not need to apply any support. You'll have some overhangs which can be carefully shaved with X-acto knife(I mean, really carefully.)
The model's diameter is 15cm, I don't recommend to print it smaller than 12cm.
