For assembly, you will need;
- 2x - M3x9 Bolts
- 4x - M3x25 Bolts
- 6x - M3x15 Bolts
- 8x - M2x10 Bolts
- 6x - M3x8 Ball Joints
- 6x - M3x10 Set Screws
- 12x M3 Nuts
- 3x Fans (Included with your FLSun SR)
- Auto Leveler Mount (Included with your FLSun SR)
- E3D Revo or V6 Compatible Heatsink of your choice.

Please note, you can substitute the Ball Joints and the Set Screws with the ones from the original Effector plate, however, these have a high risk becoming stripped, so we don't recommend this unless you're willing to sacrifice your effector plate. The fans and auto leveling mount can be removed with ease, and are required for this assembly.

**Rapid Change Revo RepRap... Really...**

A nozzle holder for E3D Revo nozzles designed to fit onto a 2020 Extrusion.  Great for the top of a machine like the Creality Ender 3.

This is a remix of the awesome Rugged Box from Whity (https://www.printables.com/model/258431-rugged-box-parameterizable) to store the Revo Nozzles. 
The only things you need are 6 M3 x 30mm screws and 2mm rubber foam sheet, to protect the tip of the nozzles. And of cause Revo nozzles.

This 2x1x3 piece can hold 7 v6 3d printer nozzles. The labels are ideal for the E3d Nozzle Pro Pack and one extra standard 0.4 mm brass nozzle, which is included with most printers by default.

HMG7 ADXL345 15.4mm Short horizontal Mount.stl

This is a replacement plate for the Simax3D Iron M1, which replaces the stock hotend assembly with an E3D V6 mount.

I designed this because the stock hotend assembly is insanely loud. You will need to sort out a part cooler. I'm using a really nice one that runs off a 5015 blower; you can get that here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2469775
You can reuse the 5015 from the stock hotend assembly. You do want to get a high quality 24V hotend cooler, as the original stock fans are really bad.

I printed mine in PLA+, though PETG or ABS would be better. I used 50% infill, and I'm a dozen prints in on this setup, and no drooping, or other issues. Bed leveling has held solidly.

Do install the silicon boot on your heater block, and secure it with some kapton tape. I found that cooler was too efficient, and the hotend was struggling to maintain PETG temps.

I've been printing ABS with my Iron M1, and having lots of problems with the draft caused by the E3D heat sink cooler. This new mount and shroud takes care of that, with a duct that directs the airflow to the side away from the heaterblock. I recommend using this part cooler: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2469775

Specifically the right hand 5015 blower model, which will fit perfectly.

The "b" part needs to be printed front down, with support touching the bed. I recommend you don't support the holes, just the ears, and the slopes on the sides. The "a" part needs no supports.

This is designed for heat set M3 threaded inserts, up to 6mm long. You will need 7 of them to assemble. 

To ensure a better seal of the heat sink cooling chamber, you can wrap a layer or 2 of narrow kapton tape around the very bottom of the heatsink where it interfaces with the bottom of the shroud.

I recommend test fitting the heatsink and hotend before assembly. Ensure when assembled there is no wiggle of the heatsink at the mount. If there is, gently sand the mating surfaces, test fitting while you do this, until you have a snug fit, and reasonable seal of the heatsink chamber.

Print in ABS, 40% infill. You can print it with whatever you want, but if you're going to print ABS, you want this part printed in ABS. PLA or PETG will deform over time at ABS printing temps.

This is a replacement silicone cover for the original E3D V6 (new version).
The original cover does not stay where it should be.

Just print all 3 parts, connect them and mold your cover.

Instructions:
Print everything with about 20%-25% infill. You should print the parts with 0.1mm layer height for a smoother finish.

To fill the silicone into the mold I use these needles and a normal syringe
