This peculiar hobby, hidden away in the recesses of his vast fortress on the volcanic planet of Mustafar, was a testament to the multifaceted nature of the dark figure behind the black mask.

Vader's journey into the world of 3D printing began with a quest for perfection. As a Sith Lord, he demanded precision and exactitude in every aspect of his existence. It was this quest for flawlessness that led him to study the intricacies of 3D printing technology. He dissected existing machines, pored over schematics, and tirelessly experimented, channeling the same determination that had driven him to the pinnacle of the dark side.

Over time, Vader designed his own custom 3D printers, each a masterpiece of engineering and precision. These machines were like extensions of his own mechanical limbs, responding to his commands with unparalleled accuracy. With a wave of his hand, he could manipulate the Force to enhance their capabilities, producing objects of extraordinary craftsmanship.

In his secret workshop, bathed in the crimson glow of Mustafar's molten rivers, Vader crafted more than just objects. He created intricate Sith artifacts, imposing statues of himself, and even delicate sculptures of Padmé Amidala, his lost love. Each creation was a reflection of his complex emotions, a silent testimony to the inner conflict that still raged within him.

While the galaxy knew Darth Vader as a symbol of fear and darkness, in the solitude of his workshop, he was an artist, a creator, and a perfectionist. Building 3D printers allowed him to channel his obsessive nature into a pursuit that, for a brief moment, offered him a sense of peace amidst the chaos of his existence. It was a hidden aspect of Vader's life, a sanctuary of creation where he found solace and a semblance of the man he once was, before the dark side had consumed him completely.

Wavey Loop Wall Sculpture

This sculpture, entitled Wavey Loop, is crafted from 45 identical 3D printed forms that are assembled into an interlocking hexagonal grid. 

Assembling a 45 piece sculpture as shown in the picture requires about 135pcs of Stainless Steel Flat Head Self Tapping Screws. The screw size is M2.6x8, depending on the fit which changes with different print settings.

Another assembly option that avoids needing screws and special hanging hardware is using super glue and MDF board.

Oct.14 2023 Mod Pinhole viewer

This is a remix of the NASA[ Pinhole viewer ](https://solarsystem.nasa.gov/resources/2921/2023-annular-solar-eclipse-usa-map-nasa-pinhole-projector/) While they have a 5 mm hole for viewing, they also have an activity where you can see the eclipse through holes and shapes of different size. This has a 10 mm, 7 mm, 5 mm, 3 mm and 1 mm hole. 
It also has a star, square, triangle, and heart shaped hole. This will let you see if the shape of the opening affects the shape of the eclipse!

Between her adventures and battles during the Clone Wars, Ahsoka would retreat to her quarters on the Jedi cruiser, the Resolute. Instead of traditional meditation or lightsaber training, she immersed herself in designing and printing intricate creations. Her quarters transformed into a workshop, filled with the soft hum of a 3D printer and the glow of holographic displays.

Ahsoka's creations ranged from personalized lightsaber hilt accessories to intricate models of starships and creatures from the far reaches of the galaxy. She used her unique perspective as a Jedi to infuse her designs with artistic and spiritual meaning, creating objects that not only served practical purposes but also resonated with a deeper connection to the Force.

Her fellow Jedi and clone troopers often marveled at her creations, which were both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
