Description

The Noob Knob was in need of a major update. My first one was designed almost 10 years ago. It's still a 50mm diameter 5 knob handle, with 15.2mm overall depth. This also is still threaded for 1/4" x 20. This new version will now work with thermal set threaded inserts. The inserts are available at Mcmaster Carr https://www.mcmaster.com/93365A162/

These work well being printed in your favorite thermal plastics, from PLA to Nylon. This is a print in place, no supports needed model. I would recommend having several perimeter walls to up the strength and feel of the knob.
