20 point 50mm Thru Knob

This is a 50mm diameter 20 point thru knob handle, with 15.2mm overall depth. It has a brass threaded thermal set insert for 1/4" x 20 to give it robust thread operation. These would commonly be used for hold downs on CNC machines or anywhere you are using T track. The inserts are available at Mcmaster Carr https://www.mcmaster.com/93365A162/

This will print well in your favorite thermal plastics, from PLA to Nylon. This is also a print in place, no supports needed model. I would recommend having several perimeter walls to up the strength and feel of the knob.

Cadet Thermostat Replacement Knob

This model replaces the previous Cadet thermostat knob. It adds a built-in tension / friction fit to the shaft creating a much more reliable fit. In addition, there is a groove to allow a Danco #8 O-Ring to be installed to keep even more pressure on the shaft.

4H Oregon State Pin

We needed to make a few hundred pins for a local team that won the State 4-H competition and was headed for National competition. These were printed with an SLA printer in white resin, then colored with an acrylic paint pen. The tie tack butterfly pin was locally sourced at a fabric store. 

Smudge

Smudge is a small, furry creature with big, inquisitive eyes and long, floppy ears. His fur is a soft, orangish-brown color, and it is always slightly tousled, as if he has been having too much fun.

Noob Knob Version 3 upgraded to thermal insert

The Noob Knob was in need of a major update. My first one was designed almost 10 years ago. It's still a 50mm diameter 5 knob handle, with 15.2mm overall depth. This also is still threaded for 1/4" x 20. This new version will now work with thermal set threaded inserts. The inserts are available at Mcmaster Carr https://www.mcmaster.com/93365A162/

Cadet Wall Thermostat Knob

I needed a few more Cadet heater thermostat knob's so I drew one up. Looking at the original the 65 degree mark was aligned with the flat side of the shaft so I added the text "65" in this spot. Your mileage may vary.

A little edit on my original noob knob. Here the collar is much shorter and may fit your application better.

The knob is 50mm with 5 arcs for finger grips. The knob accepts 1/4-20 x.472 insert nuts.

BeyBlade Pull Cord.stl

This was a quick design to replace lost and broken rip cords for Beyblade spinners. It's best to print in a PA6/6 or similar Nylon material for it to hold up to the pull force generated by extreme youth excitement.
