The stock bearing appears to be a nylon sheath held in place by the cheapest ABS known to man. If yours has broken like ours has, and you can't find a replacement for part(s) SP0466, SP0467, SP0468, or SP0469; you should be able to print these at 100% infill PLA+. I'd suggest graphite lube, but I used silicone grease and it's worked for about 30-ish miles of use so far.
