My son loves his Fisher-Price Thomas & Friends Trainset, and he also loves Hot-wheels Cars. I designed this initially to combine the two, and developed a carriage system.

The base STL is printed completely and assembled.

Then you choose a 'topper' and print that out separately.

Then glue the topper onto the base carriage, and hey presto!
