This cover allows to install 9225 fan with lowering rpm by MP1584EN DCDC module (for mine was enough even 4V), thus reducing noise comparing with stock fan. You will need two M3 brass threaded inserts and use stock screws to fix cover on PSU. Also I have used rubber PC fan fixtures (for fan mount), but you can use stock screws as well. In additional files you can find protective grid, but with it fan becomes a little louder
