I greatly appreciated both of these excellent offerings. Many kudos to both ritchrock and dottom22.

I caught one issue though. I realized that the inner chamber of the Bowden tap piece was not tapered at the exit. This would mean that feeding monofilament in could be a bit like threading a needle. This tweaked remix version has that fixed.

Update I had two of these to give way and break right at the thin part of the threaded wall, so I tweaked the design again to reduce the size of the inner chamber, to make the sidewall thicker there.

I did the tweak work in SketchUp, and I am providing both the .STL file and the SketchUp file.
