My wife wanted an additional lamp for her drawing table. Unfortunately IKEA changed /simplified their design. The top cover is now one black plastic piece instead of a brushed aluminum one. It's even a quite floppy plastic and as such not nicely round. She likes consistency, so I made 2 identical new ones. To be sanded and painted, but these are the printed ones.

The connector comes with a 5mm hole for the cable. Use a drill if needed. The connector should nicely fit in the cover. If needed use a bit of sandpaper/file to correct. Removing a bit of plastic is always easier then adding! Drilled an 2.5mm hole in the connector part and used an M3 screw to lock on the cable.

Printed in PLA, 0,6mm nozzle, 0,2mm layers and just the infill needed (20%)
