GraviTrax Junior Ball Lift

This is a motorized lift for GraviTrax Junior, designed to automatically transport balls upwards.


Parts List
  • 2x DIN7991 M4x18 or M4x16 – Link
  • 2x Ruthex M4S inserts – Link
  • 1x DIN914 M3x8 set screw – Link
  • 1x 688ZZ bearing – Link
  • 1x Battery holder with switch – Link
  • 1x N20 Motor, 6V, 100RPM – Link
  • 2x AA batteries – Link

Assembly Instructions
  1. Heat-set the M4 threaded inserts into the designated holes using a soldering iron.
  2. Place the 688ZZ bearing into the worm conveyor.
  3. Feed the wires from the battery box through the side hole and out of the top opening of the holder.
  4. Solder the wires to the motor terminals.
    • Note: you may need to swap polarity to ensure the correct rotation direction.
  5. Insert the motor into its mount and carefully route the wires back toward the battery box.
  6. Slide the worm conveyor onto the motor shaft and secure it with the M3x8 set screw.
  7. Fix the top cover in place using the M4x18 screws.
