This is a motorized lift for GraviTrax Junior, designed to automatically transport balls upwards.
Parts List
- 2x DIN7991 M4x18 or M4x16 – Link
- 2x Ruthex M4S inserts – Link
- 1x DIN914 M3x8 set screw – Link
- 1x 688ZZ bearing – Link
- 1x Battery holder with switch – Link
- 1x N20 Motor, 6V, 100RPM – Link
- 2x AA batteries – Link
Assembly Instructions
- Heat-set the M4 threaded inserts into the designated holes using a soldering iron.
- Place the 688ZZ bearing into the worm conveyor.
- Feed the wires from the battery box through the side hole and out of the top opening of the holder.
- Solder the wires to the motor terminals.
- Note: you may need to swap polarity to ensure the correct rotation direction.
- Insert the motor into its mount and carefully route the wires back toward the battery box.
- Slide the worm conveyor onto the motor shaft and secure it with the M3x8 set screw.
- Fix the top cover in place using the M4x18 screws.
