Garmin Dezi 580 GPS Tablet Mount Adapter
To make it print better, drag the model under the build plate in your slicer just enough to make the bottom perfectly flat. If not, you might end up with bed adhesion issues since its slightly rounded. When designing it, it rounded both sides ever so slightly, and was a simple fix in Cura so i didn't bother to fight it.
This is an adapter for the Garmin Dezi 580 GPS. It is designed to slot into the circle on the back where the original mount would go. We superglued it since we didn't care if it ever came off. If you were to scale this up ever so slightly, you could make it a press fit which would probably be better if you wanted to remove it later. We just wanted to be able to mount it using a tablet mount that we had. I made holes for the power cable, power button, and for the speaker, even though this will still have space left in between the unit and this adapter. The image here was printed with 3D Fuel PLA Pro for testing, and then later i printed it with PETG to better withstand the heat.
