This is a 3dB~5dB quieter fan shroud for the dust blower pictured in the image, and available here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DLNTCM4L Somewhat disappointingly, it didn't do much for the air pressure, and I don't have an anemometer to be able to give any numbers for airflow difference, but it's reasonable to assume that with less energy going into making noise, that more energy is making it out in the form of airflow.
