It's a remixed right-block part for Bowden X-Carriage Mount for E3D v6 with 40mm Fan and BLTouch (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3098894) by Emphacy. Thanks to him.

This remixed part has fixing holes (4 mm diam.) spaced 23 x 23 mm in H and V. No more change.
