Surface Book 2 VESA Adapter (75x75)

I wanted a way to mount the top half of a Surface Book 2 on a VESA stand, to use it as a Home Assistant control panel + monitoring display. These models are attached with M3*10mm bolts to each other, positioned around the tablet, then the bolts are tightened to hold the tablet in place.

You need once backplate, four rails, and four corners. The backplate has holes spaced for a 75x75 VESA mount, and indents on the side facing the Surface Book for nuts — I'd recommend gluing them in, so they don't fall out during installation.

I printed mine in Bambu PETG Basic. All the parts fit comfortably on a 256x256mm build plate, and could probably be squished closer for a smaller plate.
