Offset Snap (DS Part A) modified for use on US General tool wall.

This is a remix of Offset Snap (DS Part A) modified for use on US General tool wall. I added a slot at the back so that it can easily be used on the tool wall. It should be snug but should also be easy to remove later if needed.
