Honestly, not sure what these are called without needing to Pay More Attention With Class. I recently stuck another notebook of sticker release paper in my Midori MD Notebook, And It has gotten Kinda Bulky. So I added a band, but because of aforementioned THICC I needed a way to keep it from digging into the notebook cover. So 4 birds one stone??? Theres a channel on these clips that allow the band to pass through. Your bandage may vary. The holes are not centred so that when its tied as the photos show, the band travels through the channel correctly rather than pulling itself out a bunch.

Print standing on its short side so the layers are against the forces from the page, your band aint gonna be cutting through the clips and its worth the extra half a gram for the brim.
