I used Meshmixer to chop the top off gerome and bore smoke channels in his head. I also was able to remove the existing butterfly and reform the hand to hold the pipe. The pipe was created in Solidworks.

This a holder that is designed to hold a gait belt for storage on a walker or wheelchair. A gait belt is used to help stand a disabled person. This design is meant to be printed in TPU. It mounts by clipping around the frame of the walker or wheelchair. It is then fasten using two Ty-Wraps to close the clips around the frame pipe.

Two #4 sheet metal screws are used to fasten the end cap.

This design was done to ease access to controls and display.  It also aids if you desire to move controls outside of an enclosure.  I found the angle of the display very bad for me with my bifocals and the micro SD card slot damn near impossible for me to get the card in. So I designed myself  a housing to hold the control panel and a Full size SD card socket to micro adapter. It has made a world of difference for me.
I have included a doc file with hyperlinks to the SD card cable and a long control cable.
I also have included the STEP files for the design, in case you desire to make changes.

This enclosure is designed to hold all the electronics for the printer. It holds the MeanWell power supply, controller board (4.2.7), front  control panel, Raspberry PI 4 and a buck converter to power Raspberry PI.  Included in the files is a doc that lists many helpful items to perform the relocation of the electronics. All parts were printed using PLA from various vendors.
I have added 2 files to support the original Ender 3 Power Supply.

This design is for a head support for a device known as a lift chair. This chair is used to lift people who have fallen and don't have the strength to stand up. The chair itself was designed    by a company known as Liftup in Denmark. The model this was designed for is the older Raizer. The newer model is the Raizer II. I have not tried it, but it may also fit ok on the Raizer II. I made it in 3 sections, so it could be printed on an Ender 3 style printer. I used Gorilla Glue to glue the sections together. The lower back needs to also be screwed to the mid back along the joint with 7 number 4 sheet metal screws, as this a high stress area.

Have some fun with your ECHO 1 and turn it into a snack bowel. Bowl is designed to hold an ECHO 1 in the center. The ECHO actually helps hold the bowl still while greedy fingers grab snacks. Bowl has a channel in the bottom to run the power cord.

This is a number of piece parts needed to create a frame stiffener for  a customized Ender 3 type printer. This design was done for a printer with 800mm vertical frame pieces. If you want to use this on a different vertical height, then you have to adjust the angle of the top and bottom support pieces. So I have included the STEP files if you have the skill to change this. It does require the use of some High School math to get the correct angle. I used 1/4x20 threaded drill rod. This worked pretty good with the rod stiffeners, I used 3 stiffeners on each side. These were epoxied together and held in place with a 1/4x20 nut at each end. I have included photos of the details were nuts go and frame attachment. References to Left and right are from the back of the printer.

This design will create more room on your bench top. It combines a tool holder, a SD card adapter and relocates the control panel to be closer to the center line of the printer. The tool holder, can hold all the tools that come with the Aquila, plus a pair of angle cutters along with 2 SD cards and 2 micro SD cards. This design was created as two pieces to make it easier to print. The pieces can be joined by epoxy or two #4 sheet metal screws.  Use the original screws that mounted the control panel mount to the printer, to mount the tool holder to the printer. This a Large cup holder for a tray that attaches to a tray on a walker. The holder easily holds 12oz glasses and coffee mugs. It attaches quickly with a large nut.
The holder itself, is printed using a TPU filament. You could try PETG or ABS but it maybe to rigid to work well. I don't think PLA would be a good choice, unless you can get FPLA+ which is available on Amazon.
I printed the nut in PLA and the combo is great, and the nut tightens well against the TPU.

A wall mount pug face with a hook tongue, that can be used to hang a dog leash or a light jacket. There are two pieces, the face and a backing to add contrast. I used epoxy to join the two pieces. I also used the fuzzy option in Cura to add texture to the face.

This is a fix for the Ender 3 printer. The opening in the sheetmetal for the micro sd socket is too large and it is very easy to loose your micro sd card inside the unit. This a very easy quick fix.  Print, insert and your done.

I am not sure if everyone is bothered by this. But when loading filament to the extruder, I often find the filament gets as far as the fitting on the Bowden tube and gets caught on the face of the fitting. Cutting the filament to a taper does help some but, I needed more. So I designed this fitting to go between the extruder and the Bowden tube fitting. It has a flare on the extruder side that guides the filament to a 2mm hole inline with the tube.
I printed with walls set to 99 and infill to zero.  Depending on how well this prints for you, you will likely have to run  a 2mm or 5/64 drill through the hole to get the correct size. The threads  will also likely need the attention of an Xacto knife.

This is a filament feed pulley system for the Voxelab Aquila 3D printer. The brass feed hole in the extruder will become worn from the filament without something  like this. There are other designs out there, but they all require a ball bearing. My feeling is this is overkill. My design uses no bearing and all you need is your printer to create it. The tolerances are very sloppy and the pulley moves freely. Wear is not a problem as the movement is very slow. The bracket mounts in the existing holes on the extruder bracket with two M3 screws.

This is an under shelf plier and vernier caliper dock. It has 8 separate plier docking locations with the functional end pointed out so you always grab the right tool. There are a set of loops on the left side which will hold a vernier caliper. Prints well in PLA and PETG. Make sure you set attachment type to be none as the width maxs out the dimensions of an Ender 3 type build plate at 218 mm.

This a replacement for a common part that fails in most socket AM2 AM2+ AM3 AM3+ FM1 FM2 machines. I have only used it my AM2+ machine. I would recommend that you print it in a vertical orientation with walls set to 99 and infill set to 0. This will give you a solid part. I also used PETG for maximum strength.

This design is for a glass shelf bracket that accepts a 3/16 inch (5mm) sheet of glass. I printed these using Cura and chose the Fuzzy finish. I think it really makes them look metal.

Does your Dot fight with a snack bowel on your end table? Combine the two. This snack bowel will hold your favorite snacks and your Dot. Bowel should work for all Dots 1-4. Center of bowel can act as sound chamber and can be tuned with an adjustable slot lid that fits under the Echo.
