This is a replacement part for a UPVC door. These "run up blocks" are used on the base or side of the frame to ease the door into position on closing. I made this to replace a broken part which had part code 410670 embossed on it, and appears to be this part: http://glazpart.server123.co.uk/product/410670/ The actual measurements of the original broken part differed slightly from the manufacturer's stated dimensions.

Since the original part broke, I made the replacement part slightly thicker in places, and added some fillets to try and make this one a bit stronger than the original.

UPDATE 9th February 2021: this has now been installed on our front door for almost 6 months now, and it's still going strong, so it definitely seems like PLA is up to the job!
