Replaces your Astrovans CD tray, hold your phone and wallet instead. Fits Chevy Astro or GMC Safari 1996-2005.

1. Remove Cupholder assembly by pulling up and out, this is held in by two "pins" in the back and three pins on the bottom. May need to remove ash tray aswell.
2. Remove old CD tray by pushing down black plastic tabs and pulling out, then unscrew two small T10(?) bolts in the rear of the assembly.
3. Reuse the sheet metal frame and screws.
4. Reverse steps and enjoy

I printed with PLA. 3 walls thick. 10% cubic infill. Printed with oval slot down, this makes the nice build plate texture visible in the van. I used no supports but add some if you feel like it. 0.4mm nozzle (shouldn't matter much) .2 mm layer height (also shouldn't matter much)
