My name is Daniel Bettencourt, owner of Kaizen 3D Prints, located in the Pacific Northwest. I am a full time massage therapist turning into a full time 3D textile designer. I currently print with 11 Bambu lab machines (A1, P1P and P1S), 1 Elegoo Neptune max 4 and a Peopoly Magneto X.

Kaizen 3D Prints is about pushing the boundaries of 3D printed fabrics and textiles. I work with cosplayers, fashion designers, and high-end brands to create works of art, both functional and fashionable. I love helping others' imagination come to life with the use of 3D design, patterning, and printing. Located out of our home, I live and breathe this passion for 3D fashion. Our only limit is our imagination!

Square Grid Pattern

There are two sizes here - One small 4.5" square that is intended as a patch or a little fidget square that can be printed on a 180mm x 180mm build plate. The second is a larger 9" grid to be printed on a 256mm x 256mm plate. You can size them up or down if you'd like. They all have 3 layers at .24mm layer height - to be printed slowly - I like using 35-50mm/s. You can adjust the layer height if you'd like to use a much thinner, or thicker mesh. I've found .24mm is a great average.

You can either use the preconfigured 3mf file, or download the STL and try setting up your own parameters.

You can then sew these onto articles of clothing, make repeat prints and sew them together to make one large piece - I'm working on a dress right now!

As always, if you have any questions, send me an email at Kaizen3DPrints@gmail.com
