This is a simple to print and sew wallet that is customizable to have multiple slots for wherever you'd like them. It uses a basic saddle stitch method (see example video) to sew the pieces together.

There are 3mf files for 4 common slicers - Bambu, Prusa, Snapmaker and Orca with two different sets ready to print.

I printed these in 90a or 95a TPU.

The difference between the two sets are one has flat pieces for a fit that is more snug, while the second has a small spacer built into the individual pieces if you have more cards. There is a ledge built into one of the back pieces that fits into the opposite side. I use a small amount of super glue to secure these pieces together before sewing (I found it easier while sewing).

I use a stitching pony to help assembly but alligator clips can work as well.

For the details on the wallet, I used a modifier in the slicer using the Snapmaker U1 for multicolor TPU prints (the white and black version). In the second example, I used the F2 Ultra UV from xTool to laser engrave a pattern.

I've also included a video on how to use modifiers in the slicer if you are unfamiliar with the process.
