Mosaic Butterfly
This is a mosaic butterfly, with either the option to print on a mesh fabric to have the mosaic tiles be suspended, or the solid version to be printed with no mesh. There are multiple sizes, with and without frames. There is a smaller butterfly pattern pattern.
I generally print at a first layer speed of 35mm/s. If you are using an illusion mesh or other mesh with minimal stretch, you may be able to increase the speed on the layers following the placement of the mesh. See included PDF fabric printing guide for links on fabric, magnets, and general printing practices.
These are printed at .24mm layer height with a pause inserted at the beginning of the second layer. You can either download the specific STL that you'd like and add your own parameters to them, or use the 3MF file that has everything ready to go. If you have any questions, you can contact me directly at kaizen3dprints@gmail.com.
The holographic effect was added by printing onto a magnetic PFLAT sheet, found at www.kaizen3dprints.com
Try changing the bottom layer pattern to get different effects, especially when using a dual or tri color filament.
