My name is Daniel Bettencourt, owner of Kaizen 3D Prints, located in the Pacific Northwest. I am a full time massage therapist turning into a full time 3D textile designer. I currently print with 11 Bambu lab machines (A1, P1P and P1S), 1 Elegoo Neptune max 4 and a Peopoly Magneto X.

Kaizen 3D Prints is about pushing the boundaries of 3D printed fabrics and textiles. I work with cosplayers, fashion designers, and high-end brands to create works of art, both functional and fashionable. I love helping others' imagination come to life with the use of 3D design, patterning, and printing. Located out of our home, I live and breathe this passion for 3D fashion. Our only limit is our imagination!

Behold, Claws! Disclaimer - These can be sharp and are intended for costume purposes only! Please provide appropriate caution to whomever the wearer is. These are not recommended for children.

This model can be printed on build plates as small as 180x180, like the A1 Mini from Bambu Lab.

There are 5 different set sizes, in addition to all of the sizes available on the first build plate (sizes 11-27). Measure the circumference in millimeters at your smallest finger's second knuckle to get your starting size. Print the set according to the your smallest finger. There are a total of 12 claws that will print per set, in case some finger sizes aren't uniform.

The 3MF file has the parameters already in place, but if you are just downloading the STL file itself, you'll need to - Change your infill% to 0 Decrease your bottom layers to 0 Turn off "ensure vertical wall thickness" Change seam alignment to "aligned"

If printing with a PLA silk, decrease your outer wall speed to increase your print shine and quality.

By downloading the 3mf, you'll also get boxes that are sized and have negative modifiers that will hold your claws safely and securely in place. The box also has a container to hold non toxic mounting putty (https://a.co/d/1x2Knhs) and a lid that goes both on top of the putty. A small amount of mounting putty can be applied on the top of your nail when putting the claw on for a more secure fit.

These were inspired by the dragon scales designed by @ShoreyDesigns
